These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Dailyfed website. By placing an order with Dailyfed, you agree to the terms below.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Our food is prepared in small batches and quantities may be limited.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

MINIMUM ORDER

A minimum order value of $100 applies to all orders. 

DELIVERY

Dailyfed currently delivers to selected Perth suburbs within our nominated delivery area.

Delivery is $15 for orders from $100 to under $150. Delivery is complimentary for orders of $150 or more.

Available delivery dates, delivery windows and order cut-off times are displayed on our website and may change from time to time.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact details and any information reasonably required for us to access the property.

We will take reasonable care to deliver within the stated delivery window. Occasionally circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times. If there is a significant delay or we are unable to complete your delivery, we will contact you where reasonably possible.

RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY

Dailyfed products are delivered frozen in an insulated cooler box with reusable ice packs to help keep your order cold during delivery.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, we may leave the order in a safe and reasonably sheltered location at the delivery address, where it is reasonable to do so.

As the order contains perishable food, we recommend bringing your delivery inside and transferring the products to your freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

If you have particular delivery instructions or there is no suitable place to safely leave your order, please provide this information when placing your order.

STORAGE & FOOD SAFETY

Please follow the storage, defrosting and heating instructions provided with each product.

Frozen products should be transferred to appropriate frozen storage as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If you are concerned about the condition or temperature of your food when it arrives, please contact us before consuming it.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us before the published order cut-off.

Once the order cut-off has passed and preparation has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible because our food is prepared in small batches for upcoming deliveries.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

We aim to provide clear and accurate ingredient and allergen information for our products. Please review the information provided on the relevant product page and product packaging before consuming a product.

If you or someone you are ordering for has a food allergy or specific dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering if you require further information.

Unless expressly stated, the absence of a particular ingredient from a product should not be taken to mean that the product has been prepared in an allergen-free environment.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

As our food is made in small batches, there may be natural variations in appearance, texture or presentation from the photographs shown on our website.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, ingredients, pricing and other information on our website are accurate and current. If we discover a material error affecting an order, we will contact you where appropriate.

AVAILABILITY

From time to time, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund for the unavailable item.

REFUNDS & ORDER ISSUES

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about change of mind, problems with an order and available remedies.
