Nourishing Beef and Tomato Bowl

Grass fed beef mince, passata, carrot, onion, celery, tomato paste, salt, balsamic vinegar, garlic, gluten-free soy sauce (water, soybeans, rice, salt), olive oil, oregano, thyme, bay leaf.

Toss through pasta, spoon over a baked potato or serve simply with rice and greens. This dish is also delicious with a side of garlic bread or poured over nachos with avocado and sour cream.

Our aluminium containers are microwave safe, provided they do not touch the sides of the microwave.

Remove lids before heating.

Microwave — from frozen
Heat on high for approximately 6–8 minutes, stirring halfway.

Stovetop — from frozen
Transfer to a saucepan and heat gently for approximately 12–15 minutes, stirring regularly.

If heating thawed food, please adjust above times accordingly.

Ensure piping hot throughout before serving.
